John Yoo: Keeping Us Safe After 9/11

John Yoo, the former deputy assistant attorney general in the Office of the Legal Counsel of the U.S. Department of Justice from 2001 to 2003, joins Frank for a special segment.  Frank and John talk about the things John did during the Bush year’s that kept us safe. John adds his perspective as to why terror trials should not be held in New York City.  He explains how terrorists will have the luxury of saying, “I want to see my lawyer and I’ll see you in New York City,” under the policies of the Obama Administration, and asserts why it is so important to keep our interrogation techniques secret in a time of war.
